Please inspect and reach out within 14 days of receiving your items! We are all human, and humans can make mistakes! Please reach out so that we can correct the issue and help prevent other customers from having the same problem.

All sales of digital items are final, and no returns will be issued.

Cut fabrics and Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, no exceptions.

Ready-made bags are non-refundable unless there is a material defect - contact us to discuss.
