Shipping policy

Please check each item for order processing time.  We make an effort to fulfill orders as quick as possible. Shipping times depend on your location. USPS quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for domestic delivery. We ship in the United States; International shipping is not offered at this time. 

A majority of items will ship within 3 business days, volume of orders may delay this time frame. Personalized (Custom) Orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made to order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide your order number, photos of the package and damaged items with your email. You will be required to keep the damaged items in your possession until the claims process is complete.
